Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled for free if, in most cases, the item has not been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled because we cannot pick up your order from the package pile. If you would like to cancel your order via service@sunnymarketin.com, please contact us immediately and we will process your cancellation request within 24 hours.
Return and Refund Product Requirements
In order to receive a full refund upon return, the item must be returned in the original packaging that was delivered to you to ensure no damage in transit, the accessories inside the pet product packaging must be intact, and the labels must not have been torn or altered. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after you receive your order. We do not cover return shipping.
Items must be in new and resale condition. Returned items that are missing parts, used, dirty, or even damaged may be rejected for return, or refunds may be reduced depending on the conditions of the return.
Return Procedure
In order to initiate a return, please complete the following:
Email us (preferably the email you used when you ordered) to service@sunnymarketin.com with your name, order number, and the reason you want to return the item. In this email, please be as detailed as possible and include any photos if necessary to simplify the process.
Once we have completed your return request, we will send you an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and return instructions for your specific product. You will need to write the RMA number on the returned package and return it to the following address: Sunny Marketing Systems Inc. After receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your item and the status of your refund, within 1-2 business days after we receive the return and check it for errors To initiate a refund, the refund will generally arrive in your account within 1-3 business days. If you have not received the refund within 5 business days, please send an email to service@sunnymarketin.com to contact us.
Return Shipping
In most cases, return shipping is borne by the customer. If the return is due to our error, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost.
Damaged Item
Although rare, items are sometimes damaged in transit. If this happens, please notify the courier at the time of receipt and note that the package was damaged in transit. If the item you ordered is damaged, please provide a photo to service@sunnymarketin.com and we can help you exchange or return it.
