Sunny Marketing Systems Inc. (“Sunny Marketing”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “our”) knows that our users (“you”, “your” or “yourself”) care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. By accessing or using the www.sunnymarketin.com website and domain or subdomain, any other linked pages, features, content, mobile applications, and any other services we may offer from time to time in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, the “Site”), you consent to the practices and policies set forth in this Privacy Policy, and by doing so, you agree to the following practices and policies set forth in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby acknowledge and consent to our collection, use and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Use. Please be assured that we will not sell your information to any individual or organization. Your shipping and payment information is protected by an SSL digital certificate.
What is covered by this Privacy Policy?
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that is collected when you visit or use our website. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies we do not own or control or individuals we do not employ or manage, even if you access those companies’ websites or services through our website.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly allow such individuals to register for the Services (as that term is defined in our Terms of Use). If you are under the age of 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send us any information about yourself, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information to us or on the Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe we may have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us on our Contact Us page and select additional information under “Reason for Contact”.
What information does Sunny Marketing collect?
We collect various types of personal information from our users, as explained more fully below. We may use this personal information to personalize and improve our services, to allow our users to set up user accounts and profiles, to contact users, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, to analyze how users use the Site, or as otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy. We may share certain types of personal information with third parties (as described in this section and in Section III below). We collect the following types of information.
A. Information you provide to us: We receive and store any information that you knowingly provide to us. For example, we collect personal information such as your name, user name, phone number, credit card, and other billing information, email address, shipping address, and email addresses of your friends (which we will use only to invite them to use the Services) and your third party account credentials. You may choose not to provide us with any or all of the information we specify or request, but you may not be able to register with us or take advantage of some or all of our features.
We may anonymize your personal information so that you cannot be individually identified and provide that anonymous information to our partners. For example, we allow advertisers to select the demographic information of users who will see their ads, and you agree that we may use any information we collect from you in a non-personally identifiable form to allow our advertisers to select the right audience for those ads. For example, we may use the fact that you purchased or inquired about a brand of clothing to show you an ad from a company that sells that brand, but we will not tell that company who you are.
B. Automatically Collected Information: Whenever you interact with our Site, we automatically receive information from your browser and record it in our server logs, including your IP address, “cookies” information, and the page you requested. “Cookies” are identifiers that we transfer to your computer or device that allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages on our site are accessed and how many people visit them. You may change the preferences on your browser or device to prevent or restrict your computer or device from accepting “cookies,” but doing so may prevent you from taking advantage of the best features of our site. Our advertising partners may transfer “cookies” to your computer or device when you click on an advertisement that appears on our site. This Privacy Policy does not cover “cookies” provided to you by any of our advertisers.
When we collect usage information (such as the number and frequency of visitors to our site and which pages within the site), we use such data only in aggregate form to ensure that you remain anonymous. We may provide this aggregate usage information to our partners; our partners may use this information to understand how often and how people use our site so that our partners can also work to provide you with the best possible online experience. For example, we may place a “cookie” on your device that records the products you have viewed on our site and then provide that information in a non-personally identifiable form to a third-party website to allow that website to show you advertisements for similar products available from us or the third party.
We may also provide files to you through websites (called “web beacons”) through ad networks with which we have contracted. Web beacons allow ad networks to provide us and advertisers with anonymous aggregate audits, research, and reports. Web beacons also enable ad networks to provide you with targeted advertising when you visit other websites. For example, these beacons may record that you have viewed a product on our site and then show you an ad for a similar product when you visit another site. Because your web browser must request these ads and web beacons from the ad network’s servers, these companies can view, edit, or set their own “cookies” just as if you had requested the page from their site.
C. Email and Other Communications: We may contact you by email or other means. For example, we may send you promotional offers on behalf of other businesses or communicate with you regarding your use of the Site. In addition, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. If you do not want to receive emails or other mailings from us, please indicate your preference by changing your account settings accordingly.
Does Sunny Marketing share any of the personal information it receives?
We neither rent nor sell your personal information to anyone in the form of personally identifiable information. We use SSL digital certificates to secure users’ shipping and payment data. We will only share your personal information with third parties in a personally identifiable form as described below.
A. Affiliated Businesses and Third-Party Websites Over Which We Have No Control: In some cases, our affiliated businesses or third-party websites may sell goods or provide services to you through the Website (either alone or jointly with us). You can identify when an affiliate is associated with such transactions or services, and we will only share your personal information with that affiliate to the extent we believe it is relevant to such transactions or services. One of these services may include the ability for you to automatically transfer information from your Sunny Marketing account to an account on a third-party website or service. We have no control over the privacy or other policies and practices of third-party websites or businesses.
B. Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf that require sharing your information with them in order to provide products or services to you. Unless we notify you otherwise, our agents are not authorized to use the personal information we share with them beyond what we believe is necessary to assist us in performing such tasks.
C. User Materials and Content: Certain user profile information, including but not limited to a user’s user name and the content of images uploaded by that user to the Site, may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within the Site or to address your request for our services. Any content you upload to your public user profile, as well as any personal information or content you voluntarily disclose online in a manner that is viewable by other users (in discussion forums, messages, chat areas, etc.) will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. When you post a comment or upload a picture through the Site, your username may also be displayed to other users, who may contact you through such comments.
D. Business Transfers: We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information (which may include your personal information) is typically one of the business assets being transferred. In addition, if we (or substantially all of our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business or bankruptcy, personal information will be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.
E. Protection of Sunny Marketing and others: We may release personal information when we believe in good faith that such release is necessary to comply with the law; to enforce or apply our conditions of use and/or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Sunny Marketing, our employees, our users or others. We may exchange information with other companies and organizations (including government agencies) to protect against fraud and reduce credit risk.
F. Obtaining Your Consent: Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, you will receive notice when your personal information may be shared with third parties and will be able to prevent the sharing of this information.

What choices do I have?

However, please keep in mind that we may need some information in order for you to register with us or to take advantage of some or all of our features, and if you choose not to provide that information, your ability to use our Site and Services may be affected to a limited extent.
You may add, update or delete the information as described in Section V above. However, when you update information, we may retain a copy of the unmodified information in our records. You may request to delete your account by accessing your account settings. Please note that some information may remain in our private records after you delete such information from your account. Even if you update or delete your personal information, we may use any aggregated data derived from or containing your personal information, but we will not use that information in a way that personally identifies you.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. The use of the information we collect now is governed by the privacy policy in effect at the time such information is used.
